Microsoft’s Exchange Online recently faced an email delivery issue which prevented users from sending rich text format (RTF) emails with attachments. It impacted the Exchange Online users all over the world, and the issue is expected to be fully resolved by October 2, 2019.

This is not the first time such incident is occurring, and definitely not the last.
