Hello! After upgrading from 13010 to 14103, new ticket creation notifications are sent exclusively from the main mailbox. In this case, the answers are already sent from the correct mailbox.

support@contoso.com, but if technical send reply from ServiceDesk - answer will come from
site@contoso.com.
Before the update to 14 version, responses about creating a new request came from the correct email addresses, how in the new version of SDP we can configute correct sending of notifications about request registration?
