All new request notifications are sent from the main mailbox

Hello! After upgrading from 13010 to 14103, new ticket creation notifications are sent exclusively from the main mailbox. In this case, the answers are already sent from the correct mailbox.
Mail config,
support@contoso.com main mailbox account,
site@contoso.com addition mailbox (mail forwarding to support@contoso.comsupport@contoso.com has send-as and send of behalf rights).
SD config:
support@contoso.com - all mail parsed to IT Support group,
site@contoso.com - all mail parsed to Website Support group.
Problem,
Customer mike@greatsolutions.com send request to site@contoso.com,
the answer "Your request has been logged with request id ##RE-761##" to Mike comes from support@contoso.com, but if technical send reply from ServiceDesk - answer will come from site@contoso.com.
Before the update to 14 version, responses about creating a new request came from the correct email addresses, how in the new version of SDP we can configute correct sending of notifications about request registration?
