All monitors have an unknown status
I added SUCCESSFULLY some Monitors (Apache and MySQL). After some hours of launching I am still have not any retrieved data from that monitors. There is no any statistic - nothing.
Monitors Snapshot at Home page shows Unknown status (gray icon) for both attributes (Availability and Health) for all types of services with the following message for Availability attributes:
"Unable to perform Root Cause Analysis. Kindly make sure that data collection is configured properly for this resource and its dependencies."
and this one for health attributes:
"Root Cause Analysis for Health is unknown. The dependencies are not configured for this resource or the dependency rule may not have matched."
Only URL Monitoring works OK and Monitor Groups shows monitor's status "Total monitors 6, None in error Uptime - 100% !
What's going wrong and what to do?
