The issue is specifically for disk/cpu/memory usage on the server. eg. Whenever the disk space exceeds the threshold value of suppose 75%, I get an alert. I have set the successive alerts every 5 minutes thereafter. But these successive alerts shows the same value of disk usage as it is in the first alert, though it is increasing due to some scheduled backup or any other process on that server. Is it possible to get the current value in the successive alert? Attaching the alerts, the original one and successive one. Please help.. Please let me know if any change in the opmanager database or script can be done to get the updated value..
