Alerting on the presence of a zero length or lock file
I am trying to create a File Monitor on a Linux installation of AppManager that monitors a Linux file system. I am looking for a zero length file to exist. If the file exists, alarm. If it is not there, no alarm and if an alarm exists, clear any exiting alarm.
