AlertFE is not starting

please, answer me on this question: I have installed Applications Manager with the same parameters, the same license on two computers- first machine is working on SLES 10.sp1, second machine - on ASP Linux 11.2. I am geting a logfile on the
first machine: .../AdventNet/ME/AppManager8/logs/nms/nmserr1.txt wich has current strings:

'ApplicationMonitoring'. Please contact AdventNet for further details.

09:49:53:236 ALERT: NmsStorageException on accessing Alert Severity Count Summary based on category java.lang.NullPointerException

The same logfile on the second machine don't contains this strings.
As summary: item alerts on the first machine does not working, but on the second machine it is work fine. It seems that Process : AlertFE is not starting
