Alert Threshold for SNMP traps
Good day.
Is there a way to be able to set an alert threshold for a number of SNMP traps received. Instead of just raising an alarm using the SNMP trap processor for every event?.
This is obviously a requirement as devices will be sending varied and custom types of SNMP traps, and it is possible that one single event needs to trigger an alarm.
I am aware you can do custom monitors and place a threshold on the number of times a poll exceeds the threshold, but this is not on SNMP traps.
What I am monitoring doesn't have an OID for polling but has an OID for traps.
