Alert on new tickets with no technician response

Alert on new tickets with no technician response

I would like to devise a method of sending an alert to myself when a ticket has been created in our SD7 queue and x amount of time (eg an hour) has elapsed without a technician responding to it.

The system responds with an auto reply, but I want to improve our turnaround times by getting a technician to respond within the hour

Any advice would be appreciated
