Alert issues
I have added monitors for our Exchange servers with POP3 disabled in the Monitor and POP3 service is disabled on the server itself. But I am receiving the following:
Resource down.
The resource bemail.xxxxxx.org_Exchange-server_25 is not available. The following Exchange services are not running.
1. The MS Exchange POP3 is not running.
If monitor has pop3 disabled and pop3 disabled on the server why would thee AppM report it resource is down?
Is it a BuG or am I missing something?
