Alert Escalation Rules do not respect Downtime Schedules
When I set up escalation rules, the rules seem to fire regardless of whether downtime is scheduled or not. Furthermore even if the monitor is set to "unmanaged" the escalation rules still fire. This appears to be a bug that should be fixed. I certainly do not want everyone to be paged in the middle of the night when I am doing maintenance.
Tested in Appmanager pro build 8501.
