Alarms generating even though ports are unmanaged.

I have some Cisco devices that are generating alarms even though I have the ports as unmanaged and unnotified. The alarms are coming from a Multiflex Trunk card that I use for a PRI. We have IP Telephony and my routers are voice gateways as well. I turned off the management on the voice cards since the ports are up and down when they go off hook.

I am also wondering when will extra Cisco MIBs be added.
I currently use the following Cisco Equipment
Cisco 3725 & 3745 Routers, 3560 POE switches, 1760 Router, 2651XM Router, 4503 & 4506 Switches, 9216 SAN Switch, ATA186 Analog Adapter, VG248 Voice Gateway, 1310 & 1410 wireless. I am running version 5.6 of OPManager.
