Alarms, SMS and MIBs 'oh my

We are ServiceDesk+ customers and are trying out OpManager. I've browsed 2 dozen pages on the OpManager forum for answers but no luck. 3 issues/questions:

1 Alarms) The audio alarm works fine on the server where OpManager is installed. Unfortunately our servers are locked in a back room where we can not hear the alarms. Can we not enable audio alarms when viewing from any PC via the web client?

2 SMS) I got email alerts working fine, but I can't get SMS cell phone text alerts to work. If I go to www.vtext.com and send a text message, it goes thru fine. But via OpManager it does not. Am I missing something?

3 MIBs) OpManager can not successfully SNMP querry our dozens of PIX 501 devices. We tried both our custom community string and the default 'public'. The OID that OpManager shows which ends in .417 seems to match what Cisco's site says about the PIX 501. But OpManager is using a default RFC2153 MIB, should I install load or compile the Cisco one? (not an expert in this field)
