Alarm log
Hi,
Is it possible to configure OpManager to display the full trap message in the alarm log? When a trap is received from the wireless switch OpManager does not display the last line which contains the most important piece of information that is the access point name an IP address.
If we configure Opmanager to send the trap via email then all required information are displayed. Bellow are 2 samples of the trap. The first is from the alarm log and the second received via email.
wlsxAccessPointIsUp is received from vdk-c-arms-1 with the following related information :
sysUpTime: 2 days, 14 hours, 18 minutes, 3 seconds. , .1.3.6.1.6.3.1.1.4.1.0: .1.3.6.1.4.1.14823.
Message: wlsxAccessPointIsUp is received from vdk-c-arms-1 with the following related information :
sysUpTime: 2 days, 14 hours, 32 minutes, 21 seconds. , .1.3.6.1.6.3.1.1.4.1.0: .1.3.6.1.4.1.14823.2.2.1.1.100.1030,
apLocation: 21.5.2, apIpAddress: 192.168.242.92
I have not tested this with other devices yet.
