Alarm for avalibility
I am fairly new to OPmanager, but so far have had little problems with configuration
I monitor a clients router for Up/Down and response time, I cannot get SNMP
access
When the router goes down I get a email alert, but when the device comes back up I do not. I see that this event did not create an alarm, so I understand why I do not getting a cleared message - but what is the best way to get a device that only support ping to send you an clear email message
