I'm performing a fine tuning to a APM console and have found that we get a lot of alerts that are not necessary. Is there a way to exclude unwanted alerts to be presented? I tried by creating an exclusion list in the following path "C:\Program Files (x86)\ManageEngine\AppManager13\conf" with the name "EventLogExcludeList.txt" that holds the following parameters:

But it does not work, what am I doing wrong ?
