Alarm Escalations Stopped Working!
I tried to set up two Alarm Escalaction rules to send mesages to two email addresses for "Critical" and "Any" events, and only one worked. So, then I tried to put two addresses in the To field "user1@domain.com;user2@domain.com". That didn't work. So, then I tried the two separate rules again with 1 Minute escalation for testing, and none work now. I have tried using the Web UI and the Client, and deleting the rules and recreating them. None of my escalations work. Please help!
