Alarm Escalation Rule

I am french, so excuse me for my english.
I use free version of OpManager. My problem is following one. I add new Rule in Alarm Escalation Rule form. But after added this new Rule i can't edit or delete it. Someone can tell me how can i do to solve my problem. Best regards
