Aging Report totals by Specific Range

Aging Report totals by Specific Range

We are using MS-SQL and ServiceDesk 11.1.0 Build 11129    

I am trying to create a summary report which has the following breakdown of the incidents and requests which are open, in progress, or on hold:

                0-7 days       8-14 days      15-21 days      22-28 days      29 days+
Totals      

I would also like to have the same type of report but include the details with the section breaks by range.  Therefore, have all of the incidents and requests falling under the 0-7 day range, then those under the 8-14 day range, and so on.
