I dread when we have an update because I seem to have issues with agents on some devices auto updating. - even though they show online and are accessible. I end up having to remote into the computer, force uninstall the agent, and then reinstall. 

Right now I have about 10% of my agents have not updated. Any suggestions on how to improve this experience?
