It seems something is wrong on the server side in SD 8114. What I mean.

Agent is deployed on several computers. As I can see, "ManageEngine AssetExplorer Agent" service is up and running on these workstations. Registry settings are correct in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ZOHO Corp\ManageEngine AssetExplorer\Agent.

But if I will find "USER-NB" in the assets in the ServiceDesk (server HQ-SD1), I don't see last scan information:

Last scan information not available for the workstation.   [ Scan Now ]

If I choose "Scan Now", the workstation will be scanned and will be updated last scanned time.

Please check and fix.
