i have a problem wen install the agent in Windows XP, down de Windows XP firewall, and apply all steps in the support page (case 1,2,3 of the question N� 18)but i can�t install , Download Agent For Manual Installation but noting, this problem not ocurred in the pc�s wit windows 2000
