Agent ORACLE

Good morning,

I installed with my whole AppManager server farm, but I have a series of questions to ask in reference to the lack of documentation that I can not find on the site.
The first is:
I have an Oracle DB v10 I want to know why Hit Ratio tab displays three values (Buffer = 95% = 99%, and Data Dictionary Library = 95%) but are not true, how do I change them, or how do I delete them from my video screen?
The second question:
I always have my Oracle DB, I sometimes arrive segle alert which tells me that the connection time exceeds 3000ms. How do I know what kind of control is the agent on the DBoracle? connects the instance? generates a query based on the results tells me the time of connection? I want to know what kind of control is the Oracle agent.
