Agent Not phoning home...
We currently utilize both OS Deploy and Endpoint Central together. We have an image set up for OS Deploy that includes the Endpoint Central Agent. Half of the PCs that we image are having an issue with the Agent successfully coming online. The agent will appear in the system tray, but stays grey as it's unable to connect home. When we do the trouble shooting option, everything is green. We eventually have to uninstall and reinstall the agent to get it back to working correctly. We used this to go by:

We haven't upgraded to the latest version yet to let the kinks work themselves out. Our current version is: 10.1.2221.2.
