I have some problems with Agent. The agent is not reachable when I try to scan system or install patches. Agent live status is down, but machine is online.
This is not the first time this problem has arise. Last time I removed and reinstalled the agent and the problem disappeared. But a few days later the problem reappeared and agent is not reachable again.
I use cloud ManageEngine solution. I use Mac machine. I also tried to scan the system from several networks, but the problem remains.
Maybe someone had such a problem?
