I am trying to install the agent on my computer (Intel i5 with 12Gb ram running Windows 7 Pro 64bit) through the Admin > Scope of Management window.

 

After selecting my computer I clicked on install agent however after 35 minutes it still says "Agent installation has started in 1 computer" with an Agent Status of Yet to Install against my computer name.

 

I suspect something has gone wrong as 35 mins to install on a local network seems to high, can anyone point me to some logs please ?
