i encounter this issue alot, whenever u try to install an agent on computers in a remote office that has the DS UP and running, it shows the following Error msg "Unable to get the agent status. Operation timed out."

the local firewall is down, and the DS can communicate with the central server just fine, and the DS is in the same network segment as the computers i need to install the agent on.

(does the remote office computer need to be able to communicate with only the DS or do they need to communicate with the DS and the central PMP server ?)
