Agent Install in Windows XP machnines - Error.

Agent Install in Windows XP machnines - Error.

When i try to install the agent in XP machines this error appear (see attachment), i have found others forum users with the same problem, and similar posts, but no solution, does someone found how to resolve this issue ?????????

I'm using the domain administrator account when trying to install.
