agent install

Hello !!!!

I have download and installed SP3 for Desktop Central yesterday and today I got some problem with agent installation. Now all computers client tried to upgrade from agent 4.5 to agent 5.0. There are some client have been installed successfully and some of them failed to install.

There are 76 computers in my network and some of them are not in the same location. So I really don�t want to get it install across the wire.

Last time I did an update to SP2 of Desktop Central and It toke nearly one month to get it upgraded agent.

Here are my questions:

- Can we do SP update without install new version of agent installation to client computer?
- Do we really need to upgrade to new version of agent installation?
- What does agent work and what are new feature in agent 5.0 installations?
- How can I install old version of agent back? Now my Desktop central currently using agent 4.5.

PS. I could not send an email to support@desktopcentral.com and romanus@adventnet.com. I dont know why.
