It has come to
our attention that the UEM agent communication with the UEM server is currently
configured to use the same port as the one designated for administrators to
access the UEM web console, e.g. port 8020

This presents a security issue for us, as it potentially allows unauthorized users to reach the UEM web login page and related functionalities.
Could you please assist us on how to separate the
agent communication port from the UEM web service port?
Our primary objective
is to enhance the security of our UEM environment, ensuring that only
authorized personnel can access the UEM web console and that agent can only communicate with the UEM server via its own dedicated port.
