In the past the only way we could get technician accounts associated with AD accounts was by adding them via the Change Requestor to Technician option in the Requestor Details Options.  Now we cannot do that because the requestor details options do not come up.  Instead it bounces to the beginning of our requestors listing. 

 

Anybody see this before?  Is there a fix?
