After upgrading to 11.4.2528.30 all our PCs just say Agent upgrade is in progress when trying to remote manage

After upgrading to 11.4.2528.30 all our PCs just say Agent upgrade is in progress when trying to remote manage

We updated our central server to 11.4.2528.30, and as per usual this meant it automatically started to send out the updated agent to all our endpoints.

However, since then we can't connect to any of them to do any kind of management tasks like remote control, or open a cmd prompt or powershell window etc because it just pops up with a message to say the Agent upgrade is in progress.

It appears all the endpoints have upgraded, just the central server seems to think they have not and just shows the message.
