After Upgrade to 6011, the service can not be starting
We made a upgrade form 6007 to 6011. The installation was ok. After that we want to start the Service Desk Server under Program Files. It is nothing happen and the Server isn't start as a Service. We can start the DB only with the cmd and run.bat.
What could be the reason?
