After update and service pack 6 cannot start application

After update and service pack 6 cannot start application

Urgent problem, as Servipack cannot be uninstalled (have tried to call the support number, no agents available)
Same problem as other post with simiar topic (no solution), also as topic 


"The ServiceDesk startup hanging at "Application layer started..........................""


Included is the wrapper.log, as this was asked for in the other topics/posts.
