After installing the pam agent the resource does not appear in the pam360 console

Hello friends:

I am installing the PAM360GoAMD64LinuxAgent for Ubuntu Server 18.0.4 and when the process completes successfully, it does not add the server to the PAM360 console.

Here is a sample of the output of the script installation command:

root@server-test:/home/adminlocal/PAM360Agent# ./installAgent-service.bash install 3ec8db8bafb56e62
Stopping pam360 Agent ....  already stopped!
PAM360 Agent Service not installed currently
PAM360 Agent Service installed successfully !
Installing PAM360Agent...
Starting PAM360 Agent ....  started!
