After fresh installation I can't login as "administrator/administrator".

I installed ME ServiceDesk Plus 8.2 on my external MySQL database, but after I'm trying to log in on the localhost:8080, the "administrator/administrator" or even "guest/guest" doesn't work.
Can you help me, please?
