AdventNet ServiceDesk/Daily Report
Hi all,
I'm new at an IT department working in the Helpdesk, we now testing the new AdventNet Service Desk system to be applied in or company. I used to do a daily report in ( LBE ) where I can calculate the Weekly/ Monthly SLA ect, now using AdventNet, I found a wide range of different reports, where can I start from?
My question is: How can I configurate/ set a daily report with specific information about all IT/IS activities, information can be logged manually?
