Well, I called this morning 9am Australian Eastern Standard Time. No support there. Just being diverted to someones mailbox.

Since applying SP12 Hotfix my SDP keeps restarting. In other words, it starts up, and then about 10 seconds later, tries to launch a second copy, and 10 seconds after that, again, and so on. I have to kill the java.exe and mysql-nt.exe tasks to stop this happening. At present SDP is unusable.

Why advertise a 24/7 support centre when it clearly isn't and a customer cannot get any support?
