There seems to be a lack of information online about Workflows and the content I have discovered is sparse or overly simplified.

The use-case I propose requires multiple reviewers to simply be notified of a request or task without an approver and without an action. There is a collection of reviewers that need to be communicated with concurrently (at the same time) and then there are a few that need to review the content concurrently (one, then the next, then the next) ... is this style of task something ADManager is capable of? Would it be better served with Automation Policy, if so, how? Another potential solution might be having a Workflow kick-off a different Workflow, but I don't see this capability either.
