ADselfservice + without the selfservice bit
Hi we are looking to implement a user verification system on our network in the next few weeks to assist in password resets.
Can ADSS be used by the service desk only to verify a user and allow the password to be reset.
i.e. we do not wish to allow self service of password resets and or account unlocks but so want the service desk to confirm the user is who they say they are by requesting the 2nd and 5th letters of the predefined word.
