ADSelfService Support is not responding even by email. Chat is not available.

ADSelfService Support is not responding even by email. Chat is not available.

I have tried all types of communications to open a case with ADSelfService Support and still yet to receive a response. 
I tried the following methods:
  1. Support website
  2. Email to support@adselfserviceplus.com
  3. Chat
  4. Phone call to 844-245-1104
No response from any.
Is anyone else having the same situation?
