ADSelfService Plus Performance issues
I have already sent in the log files via e-mail to support, but I wanted to post here as well. We are experiencing the following.
-- When I access this site as a user it is a little slow during login.
-- When I access the site as an Admin the Dashboard does not ever come up (loading checkURL.do). It seems to just sit there thinking but rarely ever completes it load most of the time it just fails to load. If it does it takes an extremely long amount of time to do so. If I change from the Dashboard tab to another and then back it tried to load the dashboard again. It does but it takes an extremely long time to do so (loading home.do?selectedTab=dash). This happens even if I remote to the server where this is installed and run it from there. The rest of the tabs in the Admin console seem to work perfectly. No performance lose at all.
Here is a little background on the configuration. We are running this on a Virtual server with 1GB of Ram and currently 2 CPUs. I have both ADSelfService Plus and ADManager Plus running on this server. Both are configured as services and are running SSL with our wildcard certificate. I have not seen a real performance decrease with the ADManager Plus application.
Any help in getting this figured out would be great.
