ADSelfService Plus 2fa need help

Hello, 

I've just set up 2fa in ADSelfService Plus (In admin account, configuration - GINA/MAC/LINUX - Windows Logon TFA). Both SSL and LoginTFA have been enabled.

I installed a client over the network to a workstation, from which I tried to log into the webpage interface through "domain User login". The credential seems to work, but I was immediately greeted with this error message: "Your account is not configured for two-factor authentication. Please contact your administrator."

I followed the instruction on this page:  https://www.manageengine.com/products/self-service-password/help/admin-guide/Admin/Two-Factor-Authentication.html. I have configured and verified my mail server. 

Please point me to the missing step.
