admin account doesn't have admin permissions
I'm not sure what I have done but somehow our technician accounts no longer have admin rights. I can log into them but I'm unable to change the permission levels for them.
I thought I would be able to log in as a Local Adminisrator and do this but the Local Administrator account is the same. Is there a SQL query I can run to change the admin rights for the technicians?
New to ADSelfService Plus?
