ADManager Plus User Creation

I have just intstalled ADManager and everything went smoothly. First question is while the system has a default login of 'admin' with a password that I can change as desired, how do I add other users to the product? I do not want to allow people to log in as 'admin'. Does ADManager use AD to authenticate it's users, and if so, how do I manipulate a users AD credential to control access to ADManager?
