ADManager plus Account Expiry Sync with AD

I've reported an issue with ADManager support about this issue and wanted to place this in the forum for wider discussion if possible. 

Before upgrading to 7200+ version of ADManager plus, when we change the account expiry in a template, it reflects the same date in Account Expiry Field under Accounts Tab. 

Now after the upgrade, When I set Account Expiry as 15 September 2023 - The Account Expiry field under Accounts tab picks up 14th September 2023. accountExpires field in Attribute editor shows 15th September 2023 12:00:00 AM. 

When the account is set to expire on 15th September 2023 at 11:59:59 PM (end of 15th September 2023), The Account Expiry field under Accounts tab still shows 14th September 2023. accountExpires field in Attribute editor shows 15th September 2023 11:59:59 PM. Why ain't the Account Expiry Changing to 15th September 2023 when the account needs to be used for the entire date.
