Address Book Policy and Custom Attributes

Hi,
 
I've been searching in the program for two specific features and cant seem to find them. 
 
1.  At my company we oversee the email for multiple sub companies.  Each company has their own specific address book with certain policies in place.  Currently when making a new user i go into the exchange management tool, right click the user, properties, click the mailbox settings tab, double click address book policy, and then choose the policy for that user/company.  Is there a feature that could do this when the user is created or is one in development?
 
2.  When creating new users we use the "Custom Attributes" option in exchange to differentiate which company they are with.  Normally once a user is created we go back into the users propeties and click "Custom Attributes" on the General tab.  For the first attribute we put the users first and last name( John_Doe) and the second custom attribute field we put the company they are with.  Is there a feature that could automate this for me during user creation or is there one in development?
