Additional templates for reply to requester

We use SD+ for a number of purposes, and one of them involves manual reponses to incoming email requests - it can be any one of 4 different responses!
So, is there any way of accessing a template for a response to a request, perhaps some sort of pick list - we just copy and paste at present which is a bit dull.
