A number of our templates use the 'Approver(s)' system field for requesters to assign their team manager ad-hoc as approvers for Service Requests. There are some templates that we would like to raise calls with using email commands, but are unable to since the Approver(s) system field is not supported by email commands.
Please can support be added to email commands for the Approver(s) system field, enabling more Service Request templates to take advantage of the email commands functionality?
