It would be beneficial if there was the ability to add additional fields to a specific stage of a Release or Change instead of the initial submission template. This will make sure that information relating to the relevant stage is kept clean and concise. For example in the development stage there are separate scheduled start/end fields built in, but we would like an additional field for Build Version/Software Version at the end of development.

The testing Phase would also benefit from built in checklists such as what is being implemented to the requests module so we can add in testing points to check off when completed.
