I have a new idea to make the experience better with the SupportCenter Plus:

Maybe you can put an option to change the size of the box setuped in the Additional Fields. When we put or change the information in the field, the size is so small and we have to copy and paste the information in a notepad, make the changes and copy back to the system.

If we have an option to change the size of the box, it will help a lot.
